Sacred Plate began as a small channel of quiet videos, made for brothers and sisters over fifty who longed for a gentler wisdom than the loud health of the modern age.
The response was more than we expected. Letter after letter came, asking for the foods in one place, the recipes in one place, the ordered day in one place. And so, slowly, these seven little books were written.
They are the work of a lifetime, gathered without hurry. Every food is named in the Bible. Every chapter has been kept as simple and honest as we could make it. There are no miracles promised here. Only the old foods, in the old order, offered to you at the kitchen table.
