The foods we describe are traditionally used, and modern study sometimes gently supports what the ancients understood. We do not promise a cure. If you are unwell, or if you take medicine, please speak with your doctor before changing what you eat.

Your body is a gift, and it deserves both kindness and honest care. Please treat these books as one voice among the wise people in your life, not as a replacement for the doctor who knows you.

When you sign up for the free chapter, we send you the chapter and a short series of gentle letters about biblical foods. We use your email only for this purpose.

We do not sell your email, and we do not share it with anyone outside of the trusted services that help us send the letters. You may leave the list at any time by clicking the small link at the bottom of any letter, and no explanation is needed.

If you would like us to remove your details entirely, write to hello@sacredplate.co and we will do so with no trouble.

Our books are delivered as PDF and EPUB files by email, through our checkout partner Payhip. Because the file is yours the moment it is delivered, we do not normally offer refunds on digital downloads.

However, if something has genuinely gone wrong for you, please write to hello@sacredplate.co within thirty days of your purchase. We will read your letter carefully and do the kind and fair thing.
